How it All Began
Nisarga began when a group of our specially-abled young adults were taught how to make strawberry preserve.
The unit drew inspiration from the kitchens of Scottish ladies who once lived on the tea estates of Munnar.
Using their cherished 150-year-old whole strawberry preserve recipe, we crafted small batches to begin with.
Everyone who tasted the preserve loved it and what began as a modest experiment soon won many hearts.
Today we make over one lakh bottles each year, along with a range of other fruit-based jams and sauces.
FSSAI certified, Nisarga carries forward this legacy of tradition and care in every jar.
