Our Story
In 2009, when our bakery was being set up, four of our hearing and speech-impaired associates from other units who were keen on baking were sent to Mumbai to train under Chef Ananda Solomon at Taj President.
They quickly picked up delicious recipes and haven’t looked back since. Today, our bakery has become a hotspot for visitors and residents of Munnar alike

I have been fortunate to be a part of the Aranya unit, and in 2009, I had the opportunity to be a part of the launch team of The Deli Bakery. With the guidance of our Managing Trustee, I was sent to Taj President, Mumbai for specialised training in baking. Since then, I have been working at The Deli Bakery, and it has been a truly rewarding experience. I am grateful to have had the chance to grow and learn with the team.
